Block 59 Adds Two Buildings

Construction began on two new buildings at Block 59, a restaurant, retail and entertainment complex in Naperville, Illinois. Five new restaurant tenants will open in the space, expanding the variety of dining options and price points for visitors. 

Also coming to Block 59 in 2027: a small-format Ikea store with a Swedish Food Market and Swedish Deli. The new location will offer a streamlined shopping experience for customers and replace the retailer’s existing Bolingbrook store.

DMA supported Block 59’s original development and retail delivery planning efforts, contributing to earlier, first-phase tenant openings including The Cheesecake Factory.
