A major remodeling of a six-story building at Oak and Rush streets in Chicago signals investor confidence in the area’s future. Once home to a flagship Barneys store, the property at 1-15 E. Oak Street occupies an important place in the Gold Coast shopping district. DMA is providing project management assistance with reconfiguration and remodeling work. The 95,000-square-foot building will accommodate retail and office tenants.
