The newest location of Sant Ambroeus, at Brookfield Place in Lower Manhattan, features a distinctive design intended to capture the historic grandeur of Italy and New York City. The Italian restaurant offers a formal dining area, private dining rooms, and a more casual café and coffee bar in the newly opened two-story space. Design elements include bronze-colored architectural fins on the building’s granite facade and an 18-foot-tall Murano glass chandelier inside. DMA helped ensure a smooth space design and delivery process as part of ongoing retail tenant delivery work for Brookfield Place.
