Concrete Progress at McDonald’s Park

Visible signs of construction progress are evident for the Chicago Fire Football Club’s new MLS soccer stadium at The 78, in Chicago’s South Loop. Designed to create a world-class visitor experience, McDonald’s Park will host varied events as well as soccer matches and offer premium seating and dining options that reflect its home city’s unique history. The project broke ground in March, and foundations have been laid throughout the site, with concrete now being poured at the concourse level and steel to rise later this year. McDonald’s Park is on track to open in time for the 2028-29 soccer season. DMA assisted with feasibility, site selection, and other early work for the stadium project and continues to support Chicago Fire FC as the organization brings its vision to life.
